Instant Insanity

Have you ever had a moment in life where you felt all was well with the world only to find yourself struggling to deal a few moments later with a suddenly changed reality? Well, remove the pretty words and proper spelling and that's just the kind of feeling I had in my drunken state Saturday night (technically Sunday morning.)

You see, at the end of my evening I was passing out on a couch while several of my friends from school were wrangling over the true meaning of friendship, or to be more succinct, whether or not a guy should have his ass kicked for something that perhaps didn't really exist.

For those who haven't been told the story I speak, your best bet is to ask around and no doubt if you're in the right circles you'll get the lowdown soon enough. Otherwise all you need to know is that a few people were faced with the question of whether to fight or not to fight due to drunken tendencies Saturday night and unfortunately it would seem the wrong decision (in my opinion) was ultimately made.

I remember having a talk with some of my friends that night while laying on the couch I would eventually pass out on about how stupid my gender can sometimes be. And despite my drunken state I do stand by alot of what I said, despite the fact that I have no doubt been guilty many a time...

But perhaps that's why there are men and women. So that one side can be stupid half the time before handing the mic over to the other gender to be stupid for the other half. None of us are perfect, good thing to because if we were then this world would be really REALLY boring.
